Key Responsibilities

- Agent Recruitment & Training: Hires recent agents or advisors and ensures they receive proper product training and licensing.
- Sales & Target Management: Sets performance goals, monitors key metrics, and drives the team to meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Maintains relationships with key clients and ensures high service satisfaction.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensures staff and agents follow company guidelines, industry regulations, and legal standards (especially crucial in insurance and financial sectors).
- Coaching & Retention: Runs field coaching sessions, manages team morale, and addresses issues like agent turnover.
