A continental commi is required for a 20 seater cafe in Punjabi Bagh West.
He/She should adhere to SOP strictly and cook and present the food as per cafe recipes.
Must have positive knowledge of cooking techniques.
Maintain proper mise before and during kitchen operations.
Ensure consistency in taste texture portion size and food presentation
Follow food safety, personal hygiene, cleanliness of kitchen equipments, utensils and work stations
Follow FIFO procedures
Must be cordial and must have decent way of talking and behave with colleagues and other staff
