About the CompanyVYOM COLLECTION is engaged in customized tailoring, apparel manufacturing, and bulk garment supply. UNIFORM POINT specializes in readymade school uniforms and related products. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our customer base, strengthen business relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Field Marketing

- Visit schools, colleges, hotels, hospitals, factories, corporate offices, and other institutions to generate business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business leads.
- Promote school uniforms, institutional uniforms, corporate uniforms, T-shirts, shirts, trousers, blazers, and customized garments.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain an effective follow-up schedule.

2. Sales & Client Relationship Management

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate product presentations, sample demonstrations, quotations, and order negotiations.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify repeat-business opportunities.

3. Market Research & Reporting

- Research market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily visit reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

4. Digital Promotion & Brand Awareness

- Support promotional activities through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.




- Coordinate digital campaigns, promotional content, and product catalogues.
- Generate enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.
- Help improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

5. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with the production, tailoring, inventory, and sales teams to fulfil customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, order status, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.
- Ensure professional communication and timely reporting to management.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in field marketing, B2B sales, retail, apparel, garments, or institutional sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and digital marketing platforms preferred.
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits.
- Performance ExpectationsGenerate qualified leads and new customer enquiries.
- Develop business from schools, colleges, hotels, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regular follow-ups.
- Contribute to revenue growth and brand development.
