JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANTDepartment: Finance & Accounts

Designation: Accountant

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Goa

1. Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.
2. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
3. Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and monthly financial reports.
4. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filing requirements.
5. Coordinate payroll-related accounting and maintain expense records.
6. Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, and cash flow.
7. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
8. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
9. Prepare reports and statements as required by management.
10. Visit company departments, branches,



or project sites occasionally for accounting verification, document collection, and financial coordination.

- Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented and responsible professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
