? Role: Relationship Manager (RM)

? Industry: Digital Business Solutions / Merchant Acquisition

? Location: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Ahmednagar, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Patna, Guwahati amp; Vadodara.

? Qualification: Graduate / MBA

? Experience: Freshers to 2+ Years

? ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and acquire potential merchants in the assigned territory.

Conduct field visits, generate leads and schedule merchant meetings.

Understand merchant needs and present suitable digital/business solutions.

Drive merchant onboarding, activation and adoption.

Build strong merchant relationships through regular follow-ups.

Achieve assigned sales & productivity targets and ensure timely closure.

Maintain sales/activity records and share market insights.

Coordinate with internal teams and reporting managers for smooth onboarding.

Represent the organization in the market and contribute to business growth.

? SALARY STRUCTURE -

? Graduate Fresher

30-Day PJT: ₹10,000 Payout





➡️ 1st Month: ₹25,000 CTC + ₹10,000 Spot Bonus

Employee conversion based on performance/selection.

? MBA Fresher

₹3.00 LPA Fixed + ₹1.32 LPA IPB + ₹50K Vertical Bonus

➡️ Total CTC: ₹4.82 LPA

₹25,000 monthly fixed includes ₹1,000 attendance bonus on achieving 26 days present.

? Graduate + 1 Year Experience

Total CTC: ₹4.46 LPA – ₹4.94 LPA, depending on location.

? MBA/Graduate + 2 Years Experience

Total CTC: ₹4.64 LPA – ₹5.12 LPA, depending on location.
