Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing to lead our digital lead generation and business growth for real estate projects in Hyderabad. Candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, managing performance marketing, and converting digital enquiries into revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development and Revenue:

- Drive business growth through digital channels for plots, flats and villas

- Develop go to market strategy for new project launches

- Own monthly lead target and revenue target from digital marketing

- Coordinate with sales team for lead closure and site visits

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:

- Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads





- Generate high quality leads at low CPL

- Optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion

- Manage SEO, Website, Landing Pages and CRM

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports

Team and Vendor Management:

- Lead and manage digital marketing team and telecalling team

- Manage agencies and vendors

- Train team on latest marketing practices

What We Are Looking For:

- 6 to 10 years experience in Digital Marketing with minimum 3 years in Real Estate (Mandatory)

- Strong experience in Hyderabad real estate market lead generation

- Hands on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads

- Experience in managing large marketing budgets

- Team handling experience of 3 to 5 members

- Strong knowledge of Sales Funnel from Lead to Closure

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, CRM

Work Requirements:

- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad - Work From Office Only

- Willing to travel to project sites in Hyderabad

- Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days preferred

Education: MBA in Marketing preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong
