Daily data entry of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Maintain and reconcile stock inventory records.
Work with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, Odoo, or other ERP systems.
Prepare reports using advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and Balance Sheets.
Handle bank reconciliation, vendor ledgers, and customer outstanding reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
