Job Summary:

We are looking for an Senior HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR generalist activities, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition will be the MAJOR ROLE.
- Employee induction, documentation, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Attendance, leave management, HRMS administration, and employee database maintenance.
- Payroll processing coordination, salary revisions, payslips, and full-and-final settlements.
- Statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, bonus, and applicable labour laws.
- Performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Employee relations, grievance handling, counselling, disciplinary procedures, and exit interviews.
- HR policies, SOPs,



employee handbook, HR audits, ISO documentation, and compliance records.
- HR MIS reports, manpower planning, employee retention, and coordination with management and department heads.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and Indian labour laws.
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and payroll coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field or any Graduate.
