Retail Sales Associate

- The Assistant Store Sales Executive supports the day-to-day retail operations by assisting customers, maintaining attractive product displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping setting.
- The role contributes to achieving store sales targets by providing excellent customer service and supporting efficient store operations.
- Support the Store Sales Executive in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked at all times.
- Assisting with physical stock counts, receiving new shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure products are correctly tagged, folded, and displayed according to company guidelines.




- Assist with receiving new stock and verifying deliveries against purchase documents.
- Support physical stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the Store Manager of low-stock items.
- Report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise promptly.
- Assist in stock replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory organization.
- Assist in opening and closing store activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, fitting rooms, stockrooms, and cashier counters.
