? Key Responsibilities

? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

? Assist customers with account-related queries, membership plans, renewals, and profile-related concerns.

? Explain membership benefits, subscription plans, and renewal options.

? Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

? Maintain customer satisfaction and build positive customer relationships.

? Follow up with customers regarding renewals and service requests.

? Achieve assigned customer service and renewal targets.

? Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

? Qualification: HSC Pass or Graduate

? Experience:



Minimum 1 year in Customer Service / Customer Support / Renewals – Voice Process

?️ Languages: English + Kannada / Telugu / Tamil (minimum 2 languages, including English)

? Age Limit: 18–34 years

✨ Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills

? Stable employment history and a customer-oriented mindset

? Salary & Benefits

? Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and experience)

? Weekly Off: 2 rotational weekdays off

? Female Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Male Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
