Job Roles and Responsibilities

Communication

Valuable English communication skill Required.

Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Billing and Cash Handling

Prepare bills and manage cash, card Settlement, and digital payments.

Garment Tagging

Tag garments correctly and update the order details in the system.

Garment Dispatch

Verify and hand over finished garments to customers or delivery staff.

Responsible for incoming and outgoing garments.

Store Operations

Manage daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.

Sales and Customer Retention

Promote services, achieve sales targets, and maintain customer relationships.

Complaint Management

Resolve customer issues.

Monitor timely delivery to the customer on pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with field executives/operation team

Store Maintenance

Maintain cleanlines, and store discipline.

Time - 10am - 8:30pm

Week off - Wednesday
