Role Overview

The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day service delivery, coordinate with the field team on phone calls, and ensure seamless fulfilment of all home-based care and mobility services. This role involves coordinating field executives, ensuring high service quality, leading onboarding and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage field operations on phone to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate daily scheduling, task allocation, and route planning for field staff.
- Provide real-time service fulfilment & resolve field escalations
- Oversee onboarding, documentation for new field team members.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols,



and service standards.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Tech, and Service Excellence teams
- Support recruitment and field workforce expansion as required.
- Drive operational discipline, professionalism, and a culture of accountability.

Key Requirements

- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline; operations or service industry experience preferred.
- 1- 2 year operations experience ( healthcare, logistics, mobility, or service industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage field challenges.
- Proficiency in smartphone apps, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
