Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and social media

• Screen candidates and conduct initial calls

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment trackers

• Support offer and joining process

• Achieve recruitment targets

Requirements:

• MBA (HR) mandatory

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Positive sourcing and follow-up skills

• Basic MS Excel knowledge

• Target-oriented approach
