Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Health Insurance Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain Star Health Insurance plans and benefits.

* Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

* Assist customers with current policies and renewals.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain customer records and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

* Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

* Good communication skills in Hindi.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Health Insurance / Telecalling experience preferred.

Salary: As per interview and experience

Incentives: Performance-based incentives
