- Key ResponsibilitiesShift Operations: Manage daily bakery operations and ensure smooth opening, closing, and handover of shifts.
- Staff Management: Assign duties to team members, monitor attendance, manage breaks, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Sales Management: Monitor daily sales, promote bakery products, and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Inventory Control: Check stock levels, monitor product availability, manage expiry dates, and minimize wastage.
- Cash Management: Supervise billing, cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
- Quality and Hygiene: Ensure bakery products are displayed properly and that food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Product Display:



Maintain attractive product displays and ensure products are fresh and available.
- Reporting: Prepare shift reports covering sales, stock, wastage, staff performance, and customer complaints.
