About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and engaging News Presenter to present real estate news, market updates, property trends, and industry-related content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to deliver news in a explicit, professional, and engaging manner.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Present real estate news, property market updates, and industry developments on camera.
- Research and prepare news scripts, covering real estate trends, launches, investments, and market insights.
- Conduct interviews with real estate experts, builders, investors, and industry professionals.
- Deliver news and information confidently with clear pronunciation, appropriate voice modulation, and engaging presentation skills.
- Collaborate with the content, video production, and marketing teams to create engaging digital content.
- Participate in video shoots, live sessions, interviews, and other promotional activities as required.




- Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and timely delivery of news content.
- Stay updated on real estate market developments, infrastructure projects, and property trends.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong on-camera confidence and a professional personality.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu would be an added advantage.
- Good research, script-reading, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to engage audiences and simplify complex real estate information.
- Prior experience in news presenting, anchoring, journalism, media, or digital content creation would be preferred.
- A presentable personality with good voice clarity, diction, and articulation.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in news channels, digital media, YouTube channels, or real estate content creation.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong on-camera confidence may also apply.
