We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with following requirements

1. Generate and qualify recent business opportunities across Western Indian States.
2. Build, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to opportunity qualification.
3. Engage with Process Control, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, EPC, F&B;, Solar Energy & EV Organizations.
4. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments and develop penetration strategies.
5. Create and support sales proposals, presentations,



email campaigns, and solution documentation.
6. Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and opportunity reports.
7. Work closely with clients and business stake holders to drive revenue growth.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
2. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
3. 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
4. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently achieve targets.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation and EPC sectors.
7. Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and engage enterprise customers.
8. Experience in selling services to OEMs, EPC, Instrumentation technology organizations
