1. Job Responsibilities:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Maintain and update data in Excel and other reporting tools.
3. Collect, analyze, and verify data from different departments.
4. Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management.
5. Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper records.
6. Generate sales, operations, and productivity reports.
7. Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, and SUMIF.
8. Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
9. Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
10. Submit reports within the required deadlines.

- Required Skills:Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel formulas.
- Data management and analytical skills.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an added advantage.
- Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in MIS reporting is preferred, but freshers may also apply depending on the company.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Accuracy of reports.
- Timely submission of MIS reports.
- Data quality and consistency.
- Efficiency in reporting and analysis.
