We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Engineer for our adhesive manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and smooth operation of adhesive filling machines, pouch packing machines, and other packaging equipment used in our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot adhesive filling machines.

* Maintain and repair pouch packing machines and packaging equipment.

* Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in machines.

* Perform preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns.

* Check motors, sensors, pneumatic systems, conveyors, sealing units, and other machine components, as applicable.

* Ensure proper machine settings, filling accuracy, and packaging quality.

* Monitor machine performance and minimize production downtime.

* Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

* Maintain maintenance records and report recurring machine problems.

* Follow workplace safety procedures during machine operation and maintenance.
