# Job Description: US Healthcare Survey Advisor

Outer Orbit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company providing customer support, voice process, sales, and back-office services. We are looking for motivated and communication-focused candidates to join our US Healthcare Survey team at our Ranchi center.

## Job Summary

The US Healthcare Survey Advisor will conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals or relevant survey participants in the United States, follow approved survey scripts, collect accurate responses, and maintain professional communication throughout the interaction.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to US-based survey participants as per assigned campaign requirements.

* Conduct healthcare-related surveys using company-approved scripts and questionnaires.

* Communicate clearly and professionally in English.

* Ask survey questions accurately and record responses in the designated system.

* Maintain the required quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards.

* Follow data privacy, confidentiality, and client-specific process guidelines.

* Handle questions and objections politely without misrepresenting the purpose of the survey.

* Update call outcomes and maintain accurate records in the CRM or survey platform.

* Attend training, assessments,



and certification sessions before moving to the production floor.

## Eligibility Criteria

* **Education:** Minimum Class 10 pass; candidates with 12th pass or graduation are also welcome.

* **Communication:** Good spoken English and listening skills.

* **Age:** 18–32 years preferred, subject to applicable employment requirements.

* **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

* **Shift Flexibility:** Must be comfortable working the US night shift.

* **Transport:** Must have a reliable commuting arrangement for night-shift duty.

* **Documentation:** Aadhaar card, PAN card, educational certificates, and other documents required for onboarding.

* **Background Verification:** Must be willing to complete the company's lawful background verification requirements.
