Job Title: Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer – Sheet Metal Fabrication

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior QC Engineer to ensure the quality of sheet metal components, welded assemblies, and fabricated products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections of sheet metal components and welded assemblies.

- Perform in-process and final inspections.

- Verify engineering drawings and dimensional accuracy.

- Monitor laser cutting, bending, punching, and welding processes.

- Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.

- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.





- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Required Qualification:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Quality Control in sheet metal fabrication.

- Knowledge of welding inspection and engineering drawings.

- Familiarity with quality measurement instruments.

- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SAP QM and MS Office.

- CQE or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
