Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Service Coordinator Executive to handle customer service requests and coordinate with service technicians.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

* Register customer complaints and service requests.

* Coordinate with technicians for service visits and installations.

* Schedule service appointments and follow up on pending complaints.

* Update customer details and service records in CRM.

* Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.

* Coordinate with the sales and service teams.

* Prepare daily service reports.

Requirements

* 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

* Marathi and Hindi communication skills.
