Laptop Repair Technicians / Field Service Engineers to join our technical service team. The selected candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining laptops at customer locations.

We are looking for candidates with good technical knowledge of laptop hardware, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Perform laptop repairs, including motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, charging, and other component replacements.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
- Resolve laptop booting, performance, overheating, and connectivity issues.
- Visit customer locations to provide on-site laptop repair and technical support.
- Identify faulty components and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Maintain service records, repair reports, and job completion details.
- Handle company tools, spare parts, and customer equipment responsibly.




- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures and technical service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant certification in Computer Hardware, Electronics, or IT is preferred.
- Experience in laptop repair, desktop servicing, or IT hardware support is preferred.
- Knowledge of laptop hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, BIOS, and operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose hardware faults and replace defective components.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply, depending on company requirements.
