Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and guest-focused Captain to manage floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and ensure quality service.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest requests.
- Supervise stewards and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure accurate orders, timely service, and proper table setup.
- Handle guest complaints and maintain service standards.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff training.

Requirements

- Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Solid communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Premium café or restaurant experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
