About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Permanent Staffing Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our client organizations across various industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in lateral hiring, candidate sourcing, client coordination, interview management, and offer-to-joining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent staffing mandates across multiple industries and job functions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and career interests.
- Share relevant and qualified profiles with clients within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection, offer, resignation, and joining process.




- Negotiate salary expectations and manage candidate expectations to improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment delivery.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and revenue goals through successful candidate placements.
- Minimize candidate dropouts and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or permanent staffing firm.
- Experience in lateral hiring and handling multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and candidate screening.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet recruitment timelines.
- Robust follow-up skills and the ability to manage candidates through to joining.
