Job SummaryGoodstrolley is looking for a responsible and result-oriented Dispatch Manager to manage daily warehouse dispatch operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely vehicle loading, and on-time delivery of orders to retailers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse staff, picking and packing teams, delivery executives, and the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient dispatch operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Planning: Plan and manage daily dispatches based on confirmed orders, delivery routes, and vehicle availability.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched according to the system-generated order details.
- Team Management: Supervise warehouse dispatch staff, pickers, packers, loaders, and delivery executives.
- Vehicle Management: Coordinate vehicle allocation, loading sequences, route planning, and vehicle utilization.
- Timely Dispatch: Ensure all orders are dispatched within the scheduled cut-off time and meet delivery commitments.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve stock shortages, item mismatches, and order discrepancies before dispatch.
- Documentation: Ensure proper dispatch documentation, invoice verification, delivery challans, and handover records.
- System Updates: Maintain accurate dispatch status and records in the Goodstrolley ERP and related applications.
- Mismatch Control: Investigate picking, packing, loading, and dispatch errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Daily Reporting:



Prepare reports on orders dispatched, pending orders, dispatch accuracy, vehicle utilization, delivery delays, and team productivity.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company SOPs, stock handling procedures, and safety standards.

3. Number of dispatch errors, shortages, and wrong-item deliveries.
4. Pending orders at the end of each shift.
5. Vehicle loading and utilization efficiency.

7. Reduction in customer complaints related to dispatch.
8. Compliance with ERP entries and dispatch documentation.

- Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or equivalent qualification; logistics or supply chain qualifications preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse dispatch, logistics, or FMCG distribution.
- Experience managing warehouse teams and daily high-volume dispatch operations.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, vehicle loading, and delivery coordination.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory software.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatch schedules.
