Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, presentable, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to manage the showroom’s social media presence, create engaging content, and support customer experience within the showroom when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create creative content, posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns for the jewellery showroom.
- Handle basic video editing and content preparation.
- Develop innovative ideas to promote jewellery collections, offers, and showroom activities.
- Maintain a qualified and presentable appearance at all times.
- Assist customers in exploring the showroom when customer footfall is high.
- Maintain a polite, humble, and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rules,



and guidelines.
- Be proactive, willing to learn new skills, and open to feedback.
