Key Responsibilities

- Visit and manage multiple retail stores within the assigned mall, including High-end lifestyle, apparel, footwear, bags, watches, and other fashion and accessory outlets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing merchants, store managers, sales executives, and frontline store staff.
- Promote Pay4's Bill Payment Split Option among merchant staff and walk-in customers.
- Ensure store staff are aware of the Pay4 option and actively communicate its benefits to eligible customers.
- Proactively engage with customers when store staff are unable to explain or promote the payment option effectively.
- Explain the payment process and relevant benefits to customers in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Identify opportunities to increase Merchant/customer adoption and drive Pay4 transactions across assigned stores.




- Conduct regular rounds across the mall to connect with store teams, identify business opportunities, and ensure consistent promotion of the offering.
- Train and support merchant staff on the payment process and address basic queries related to Pay4.
- Track store-wise performance, customer engagement, and transaction numbers, and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams and merchant partners to resolve operational challenges and improve business performance.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and applicable processes.
