About Astro DivyamAstro Divyam is a Vedic astrology brand focused on delivering astrology-based guidance, services, and digital content to its audience. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, grow our online community, and drive engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage daily content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and festival-specific content strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, astrologers, and content writers.
- Develop engaging content ideas for Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, and posts.
- Track trends, trending audio, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Monitor analytics, reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience retention, and enquiries.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, captions, and messaging.
- Respond to comments, messages,



and audience queries professionally.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and content formats.
- Experience with social media management and content planning tools.
- Excellent copywriting, caption-writing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Creativity, trend awareness, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is an advantage.
- Experience in astrology, spirituality, wellness, or personal-brand marketing is a plus.

- Consistent content publishing and execution.
- Growth in organic reach, engagement, and followers.
- Improvement in Reel and video views, watch time, and audience retention.
- Growth in qualified enquiries and social media-generated leads.
- Timely delivery of content calendars and performance reports.
