SS Prime Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and strengthen the company's online presence in the real estate market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis in Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
- Generate quality leads for residential real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams for marketing creatives and property videos.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and presales teams to track leads and improve conversions.
- Manage property listings and online promotional activities across relevant platforms.




- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience targeting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to improve brand visibility and business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing; real estate experience is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and paid campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, content planning, and basic SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Ability to work with lead generation targets and campaign performance metrics.
- Preferred Candidates with experience in real estate marketing, property promotions, or real estate lead generation.
- Candidates who can independently manage advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.
- A performance-driven professional focused on generating qualified leads and improving conversions.
