B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience strictly in Pharma Machinery Production and in industrial manufacturing/Sheet Metal fabrication. Candidates from unrelated manufacturing sectors will not be considered.

Experience in Pharma Machinery manufacturing.Work involving Sheet Metal Fabrication. Oversee the complete assembly and production lifecycle of pharma machinery (e.g., blenders, granulators, coating machines) TIG welding, Argon welding, sheet metal rolling, CNC machining, or plasma cutting.

Can read complex 2D/3D engineering drawings fluently

What You Will Do

- Plan the Work: Create daily and weekly schedules for the factory floor so customer orders are finished on time.




- Manage the Factory: Oversee workers like welders, fitters, and machine operators to ensure they are working efficiently.
- Check Quality: Make sure all machines are built exactly according to engineering drawings and meet high industry quality standards.
- Keep People Protected: Ensure everyone follows safety rules, wears protective gear, and keeps the workshop clean.
- Talk to Other Teams: Work closely with the design, purchase, and delivery teams to make sure there are enough raw materials and no delays.
