Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Printer Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers and related equipment. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring the smooth functioning of printing machines.

1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and commission printers and printing equipment at customer locations.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware and software issues.
3. Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing of printers.
4. Repair and replace defective printer parts, components, and accessories.
5. Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
6. Maintain service reports, job sheets, and records of customer visits.
7. Coordinate with the service team for spare parts, repairs, and technical assistance.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing skilled and prompt service.
9. Explain printer operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to customers.

Follow company service procedures and meet assigned service targets.
11. Travel to customer locations as required for installation and repair work.
12. Maintain tools, spare parts, and service equipment properly.

ExperienceExperience in servicing laser printers, inkjet printers, multifunction printers (MFPs), or industrial printing machines will be an advantage.
