Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial records.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily sales and purchase entries.

* Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.

* Maintain cash, bank, and expense records.

* Assist with bank reconciliation.

* Track pending payments and outstanding balances.

* Maintain accounting documents and reports.

* Assist with GST-related work and documentation.

* Coordinate with other departments regarding bills and payments.

Required Skills

* Basic accounting knowledge.

* Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred.

* Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.

* Positive attention to detail and numerical skills.

* Honest, organized, and responsible.

Qualifications

* B.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
