Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, unauthorized access and security breaches.
- Maintain surveillance records, incident reports and daily monitoring logs.
- Coordinate with security guards and management to address security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations.
- Monitor employee and customer movement to prevent theft and misconduct.
- Immediately escalate emergencies and unusual incidents to the concerned authorities.
- Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.

- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation is preferred.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance or loss prevention is an advantage.
