Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter/Steward to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus, offer suggestions, and answer questions about food and beverages.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and overall experience.

Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests leave.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.





Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

Assist in setting up and closing the dining area as required.

Handle guest complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality, grooming, and hygiene.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle pressure.
