Position: Field Engineer / Installation Engineer

? Salary

- CTC: ₹31,000 per month

- Take Home: ₹27,000 per month

- Performance Incentives: Applicable as per company policy

? Job Responsibilities

- Install Airtel Wi-Fi / Broadband / Fiber connections at customer locations.

- Configure routers and ensure proper internet connectivity.

- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.

- Visit customer locations for installation and service requests.

- Handle cable, wiring and fiber-related work.

- Explain basic Wi-Fi usage and services to customers.

- Update installation/service details through the company mobile application.

- Coordinate with the team and supervisor for technical issues.





- Complete assigned jobs within the given timeline.

- Follow safety procedures during field work.

? Eligibility

- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic technical/networking knowledge preferred.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in the field.

?️ Requirements

- Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence preferred/mandatory depending on the role.

- Android smartphone required.

- Candidates should be comfortable travelling within Bangalore.
