- Make B2B outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective insurance agent(POSP)and customers.
- Explain health and Life insurance products in a simple and clear manner
- Understand customer/insurance agent (POSP) requirements (family size, age, medical needs, etc.)
- Suggest suitable insurance plans based on customer profile
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer /POSP) objections and queries effectively
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer data
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

- Minimum
- Qualification:
- 12thPass Graduate (Male or Female)
- Experience:
- Preferred in health/Life, Loans, CC and graduate Freshers are welcome.
