Job SummaryGood Leather is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, achieve store targets, and maintain excellent in-store service standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable leather footwear, bags, accessories, and other products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available offers.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock requirements.
- Support billing, exchanges, and customer queries when required.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization,



and product arrangement.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Report sales updates, customer feedback, and product-related issues to the Store Manager.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and inventory handling.
- Previous experience in footwear, leather goods, fashion, or retail sales is preferred.
- Graduate qualification preferred.
- Working ConditionsWorking hours and weekly offs as per company policy and store schedule.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
