We are hiring Business Development Associates for a leading qualified commerce education institute in Kerala (CMA USA, ACCA, CMA India, CA, CS, EA courses). Freshers welcome; full training provided.

Key responsibilities:

- Call and follow up student enquiries by phone and WhatsApp
- Explain courses, fees and career options to students and parents
- Book counselling sessions and campus visits for the admissions team
- Visit schools and colleges to generate leads
- Update every lead in the CRM and meet daily calling targets

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Fluent Malayalam and conversational English
- Confident on the phone, comfortable with daily targets
- Lives near the branch; two-wheeler is an advantage
