Sales Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, online research, referrals, and networking.
- Travel to industry events, exhibitions, and customer locations to promote Suktha.
- Pitch the Suktha SaaS application and conduct product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant features and advantages.
- Conduct telecalling and schedule customer meetings on non-travelling days.
- Share quotations, address queries, and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain the sales tracker and submit regular activity updates.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and coordinate customer onboarding with internal teams.
