Job Overview

Maslow Realtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Commercial Leasing & Sourcing Manager to identify and source suitable commercial properties for retail brands and business requirements. The candidate will manage broker and channel partner networks, coordinate with landlords and developers, evaluate property options, and support the closure of commercial leasing mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source commercial properties, retail shops, high-street locations, and suitable leasing opportunities across Pune East and West.

- Identify properties based on brand requirements, including location, carpet area, frontage, visibility, accessibility, footfall, and rental expectations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, channel partners, and developers.

- Understand client and brand leasing requirements and identify matching property options.

- Conduct property visits, site inspections, and preliminary feasibility assessments.

- Negotiate rental expectations and commercial terms with property owners, wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with the internal Pre-Sales and Closing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified property opportunities.





- Maintain accurate records of property details, broker references, sourcing activities, follow-ups, and site visits in the CRM/MIS.

- Track sourcing targets, site visit numbers, qualified properties, and conversion progress.

- Regularly follow up with channel partners and maintain an active pipeline of commercial property options.

- Submit daily activity updates and periodic sourcing performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12th Pass in any discipline; a background in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Sales is preferred.

- 0–1 years of experience in commercial real estate, property sourcing, retail leasing, or brokerage.

- Robust understanding of the Pune commercial property market.

- Good negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to identify suitable commercial properties and understand basic leasing requirements.

- Comfortable with field visits, local market mapping, and meeting brokers, landlords, and developers.
