The English Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Spoken English & Soft Skills Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

We welcome candidates who are confident communicators, enthusiastic educators, and skilled at helping students improve their English fluency, communication skills, and overall confidence.

Position: Spoken English & Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Part time

Working Days: Weekdays

Working Hours: Afternoon and evening

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, based on experience

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Students: Kids, teenagers, and adults

? Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive Spoken English classes for different age groups and proficiency levels.

Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and everyday communication.

Deliver soft skills training covering communication, public speaking, presentation skills, group discussions,



interview skills, and confidence building.

Plan and conduct engaging activities, role-plays, discussions, and practical exercises.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and individual corrections.

Prepare lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to suit students' learning needs.

Maintain a positive, professional, and student-friendly classroom environment.

✅ Eligibility & Required Skills

Graduate with relevant teaching or training experience.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

Ability to engage kids, teenagers, and adults effectively.

Confident, patient, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.

Prior experience in Spoken English, Soft Skills, Personality Development, or Communication Training is preferred.
