Job Description of Project Engineer:

We are looking for a qualified Project Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and executing building construction preferably multistorey building, landscaping, roads and pavement works, surveying, and interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction to ensure timely project completion.

2. Monitor project progress and ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

3. Prepare and verify project estimates, costing, quantities, BOQs, material requirements, and execution schedules.

4. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers for effective project execution.

Monitor project expenditure, material consumption, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization to ensure cost efficiency.

5. Prepare project progress reports, bar charts, measurement sheets, and verify contractor bills.

6. Report project progress, resource requirements, and execution status to the management.

Key notes: Candidate should have valuable experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawings, Excel, Retrofitting/rehabilitation and landscaping works.

Pay scale:

₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
