Job Description:

We are looking for a sales-oriented Fashion Consultant with knowledge of ethnic wear, including bridal lehengas, sarees, and suits, who can assist customers with styling and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting outfits for weddings and special occasions.
- Recommend suitable designs, fabrics, colours, and accessories.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales and achieve sales targets.
- Explain customization options and coordinate with the design/production team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, preferably in ethnic wear, bridal wear, or designer boutiques.
- Positive knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and fashion trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on sales conversion.
