Responsibility:

He will be responsible for managing US based customers for Sales, providing

excellent customer service, handling account management tasks, and conducting international business activities through calls( 3-4 calls per day), chats and emails.

The role involves daily interaction with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and building robust customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications :

Candidate must be a graduate in any relevant field

Males preferred for the above role

Customer Service and Chat Support Skill. Sales Oriented discussion.

Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have experience in sales support at least 1-2 yrs( with US/UK/Canada/Australia based customers)
