Job Description – Deep Cleaning Incharge

Location: Mansrovar, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Supervise kitchen, bathroom, floor, and other deep-cleaning activities at customer sites.
- Team Handling: Allocate duties, manage cleaning staff, and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Scheduling: Prepare daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Chemical Knowledge: Understand cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, equipment, and their protected usage.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work and ensure company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, site conditions, and service completion.
- Equipment Management: Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of cleaning machines, tools, and materials.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure staff follow safety procedures, wear uniforms,



and use appropriate PPE.
- Reporting: Maintain daily attendance, job completion reports, material usage, and team performance records.
- Problem Solving: Handle on-site issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges promptly.

Required Skills

- Experience in deep cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, and techniques.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and manage multiple jobs.
- Responsible, punctual, and quality-focused.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years in deep cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar supervisory role.
