Job DescriptionWe are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can convert painting enquiries into confirmed orders. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling customer objections, negotiating quotations, conducting systematic follow-ups, and closing sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers who enquire about painting services.
- Explain PROINFRA's services, quality standards, and value proposition.
- Handle objections related to pricing, paint brands, quality,



and competitors.
- Follow up on quotations and convert prospective customers into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers for site visits, technical clarifications, and negotiations.
- Secure customer confirmations and coordinate token payments as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales conversion and revenue targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead conversion.
- Ability to close sales over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up discipline and customer relationship management.
- Basic understanding of sales targets, quotations, and CRM systems.
- Experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement, or building materials is preferred.
