# Job Description – Regional Operations & Business Development Executive

Job Overview

Reliable Art Printery is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to manage regional operations, execute printing and outdoor advertising projects, coordinate with vendors, and develop new business opportunities across assigned locations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects received from existing clients, managing vendor relationships, maintaining regular reporting, and expanding the company's business in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Operations

- Manage and execute printing, branding, outdoor advertising, and other related projects received from existing clients.

- Coordinate with existing vendors and identify and onboard new vendors wherever required.

- Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects as per client specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Vendor Management

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network across the assigned region.

- Negotiate competitive rates and ensure cost-effective project execution.





- Monitor vendor performance, work quality, timelines, and service standards.

Reporting & Coordination

- Provide regular updates on project status, execution progress, pending work, and billing-related matters.

- Maintain proper documentation, photographs, execution reports, and other project records.

- Coordinate with the head office and ensure timely submission of reports.

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in printing, branding, outdoor advertising, and related services.

- Build relationships with prospective clients and explore new market opportunities.

- Support client acquisition, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, and business growth in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in printing, advertising, branding, outdoor media, retail branding, or project execution will be preferred.

- Valuable vendor management, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

- A result-oriented approach with a focus on quality, cost control, and business growth.

Compensation

**₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month**, depending on experience and suitability.
