Position: Sales Officer (On-Roll)

CTC: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Locations: Chikhali, Pune, Baner, Kondhwa, Navi Peth

Job SummaryHDFC Sales is hiring motivated and result-oriented Sales Officers for its Home Loan and Mortgage Loan business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and other sales activities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable banking guidelines.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, or Housing Loan sales.
- Education: Any Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, customer handling, and lead-generation skills.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.
