1. Picker Job - What you do:

Your job is to pick the items from the shelves very quick.

- You get an order on your Handheld Device (small phone/scanner)

- The device tells you: Aisle No, Shelf No, Item Name - e.g., "Aisle 2 - Milk Amul 500ml"

- You go quickly, pick it, and scan the barcode

- You have to pick within 30-60 seconds per order

- You put all items in a crate/tote bag

2. Packer Job - What you do:

After picking, you pack it for delivery.

- Check if all items are correct - expiry date, damage check

- Pack in Blinkit yellow bag - separate fragile items, cold items

- Put the bill/order sticker

- Hand it over to the Rider/Delivery Partner

- Update in device - "Order Packed"
